Gaming PC Configuration June 2016

The majority of game developers release their AAA games at the end of the year, around November. Nevertheless, one of the most interesting events for gamers take place in June, when on E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) the biggest game developer companies of the world present their future releases.

This year is not an exclusion and Ubisoft, Bethesda and EA have already revealed their future hits with the remarkable graphics, judging from the demonstrated videos.

Latest demo versions revealed computer graphics of the new level and you would need really powerful computer to fully enjoy them. Let’s compare this month gaming pc configuration by HiTech Service with those of the previous months.

Choosing a CPU for our gaming computer we stick to our previous choice – Intel Core I5 6600 with the price of 219$.

Motherboard would also be the same – Asus H170 Pro Gaming

As for RAM, we previously were recommending 16 or 32 GBs of RAM, but now after watching the Battlefield 1 gameplay video insist on 32GBs. So our choice would be G.Skill 32GBs  with the price 194.95$.

The main change in our configuration would be a graphic card – after the release of GTX1070 and GTX1080, previous generation graphic cards are no longer an option.

New gen graphic cards are much faster and have the same price. So far we recommend GTX 1080 Founder’s edition with the price 639$. However, soon we will have reference models with the much lower pricing, so if you are not ready to pay 600+ dollars wait for a month and you will be able to buy GTX 1070 for around 400$(Experts predict even lower price – around 350$).

As for the drive, let’s stick to 480GBs volume and take Digital HyperX Fury.

Take a power supply for around 600-650W the new graphic card is not power demanding at all. Now put everything into a nice case and enjoy.

The total sum would be 1434$ for the computer with GTX1080 graphic card, but you can take out some 250$ if you choose GTX1070 and you will get the high end computer even cheaper than the April choice .
