01 — ORIGIN
HiTech Service was founded in 2006 by a group of result-driven professionals. The first task: build an entirely new platform for proprietary weather indexes, and use it to distribute financial data to customers via the web and Bloomberg.
By the end of that first project the group had become a team — one that wanted the next challenge.

General Manager
Nataliya has 25+ years of experience, including running big IT projects as COO of a Top 10 Ukrainian bank for five years, and has worked on IT outsourcing projects for US customers since 2000. She holds a Ph.D. in economics. Today she is the main point of contact for new and existing clients on project planning and resource allocation.
Tech Lead
Dmitry has 20+ years of experience and a Master’s degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. Since 2000 he has worked on large projects for US customers such as AT&T, Verizon, Dell and CBSi, with deep knowledge of .NET, C#, C++, Win32, COM/OLE, Java, database design and optimization, and web technologies.
QA Lead
Oleg has 20+ years of experience and a Master’s degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. Since 2000 he has worked on projects for large US and Canadian customers, with deep knowledge of the whole QA cycle across .NET, Win32, Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML, web and Java services.
