AI recruiting assistant for Smarter, Transparent Hiring
Hiring shouldn’t be complicated. And it shouldn’t be slow. With Talantly, our mission has always been to make recruitment more transparent, data-driven, and efficient.
Here is how it’s being done.
The UI: The interface has been completely reworked to reflect better the way hiring teams actually work. From simplified navigation to clearer reports, everything in the updated UI is built around clarity and improved time-to-hire. Whether there are five or fifty, it’s easier than ever to spot qualified candidates.
Candidate lists, analytics dashboard, and reports have all been redesigned to reduce noise and bring the most relevant information forward. There is no need for a long learning curve. Talantly now works like you think.
The report: The CV evaluation report is easier to work with, thanks to the new redesign. Requirements are grouped into five key skill areas, allowing for faster search, clearer prioritization, and more structured analysis.
What’s more, Talantly’s AI assistant now supports manual review and edits directly in the CV evaluation report, ensuring that hiring outcomes remain fair, balanced, and context-aware during the first resume screening.
The prompts: AI is only as useful as the prompts that drive it. That’s why we overhauled our prompting system to generate more relevant, role-specific evaluations. Now, improved prompts ensure better alignment between the job description and supporting documents, resulting in more accurate, tailored evaluations.
The scoring system has also been improved to deliver more accurate evaluations, with a higher threshold for initial candidate screening.

The management: We’ve also expanded Talantly’s ATS capabilities to help hiring managers and recruiters stay in control across every phase of the process. With the new vacancy status tracker, each role’s stage can be clearly marked, ensuring team alignment on next steps.
In the job description creation stage, we’ve integrated more responsive AI support. Talantly can now assist in building out AI-generated job descriptions using language and terminology that matches the skills and experience of your ideal candidates. This means higher relevance from the start, better filtering results, and ultimately, stronger matches.
The transparency: One of Talantly’s core principles is that hiring decisions should never rely on black-box scoring. Every insight produced by the AI assistant includes a direct source: whether it’s a quote from the CV, a paragraph from a reference letter, or an observation from a submitted interview transcript. It is not just a score, but the “why” behind it. That level of traceability makes it easier to trust the data and explain decisions to stakeholders.
The comparison: Talantly’s candidate comparison brings clarity to shortlisting. Skills, experience, and qualifications are visualized across candidates using a spider chart and simplified requirement table. This format highlights strengths and weaknesses at a glance, making it easier to align on next steps.
The ethics: Ethical AI in recruitment depends on keeping human oversight central to the process. While Talantly automates candidate screening and supports talent sorting, all insights it provides are designed to be reviewed by a human.
