Rokmetro, Inc. is a software development company that helps universities stay connected with their communities. Rokmetro uses the University of Illinois open-source platform called Rokwire. This platform is used to build an effective solution so students and universities can cooperate effectively and improve social life, security, health control, and campus life. Rokmetro handles processes from planning and development to operations and marketing execution so you can receive an individual quality solution quickly.
Rokmetro is an experienced company full of professionals that are now united under one goal – fight against COVID-19 and make students’ lives safer. Thus, they have developed a Safer Community application, and we had the honor to be a part of such a wonderful project.
The Safer app is powered by Rokwire, developed with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to help the university community control the COVID-19 situation within their campuses. Later, many other universities and schools joined the project.
